 We have a unique process for getting our raw material for fibre. We source our coir from coconut husks that have been discarded from coconut plantations from farmers. Then, we use a sustainable manufacturing process that uses fewer resources, while still producing the same quality of fibre. Our process helps to reduce waste and ensure that our materials are responsibly sourced. 

Step 1

Here our process starts, first we separate coconut husk and fibre. Fibre is taken out and to field and moisture it. And the left-over husk is turned into coir pith (powder). Then the dried Fiber is once again goes through one more process where pure Fiber is taken out with no impurities left in it.

 Step 2

Using this pure Fiber curled coir is made. The Fibers are twisted into strands and turned into bundles. The Bundles are then heated and dried . The curled coir is then ready for use as a material for various applications, such as for insulation, stuffing for cushions, and landscaping. The curled coir is a strong, lightweight and water-resistant material, making it a great choice for many projects.
